Tough ESD is built on Mechnano's industry-changing Formula 1 resin—the first static-dissipative photopolymer in additive manufacturing using discrete carbon nanotubes (dCNTs). While the original Formula 1 is ideal for electronics manufacturing processes requiring rigidity, Tough ESD provides the solution for components subject to higher levels of stress and where fracture would occur if stiffer solutions were used.
