Registration / registration
At burms.de/account, select the Register Here tab and enter your information. Once your customer account has been successfully created, you will receive an email to the email address you provided.
Registering makes ordering from our online shop even easier. You'll find all your completed orders at a glance in your customer account. If you subscribed to our newsletter during registration, you'll also receive information about trends, promotions, and exclusive news from BURMS.
Click the "Forgot your password?" button at burms.de/account. After entering the email address associated with your customer account, we will send you a link to reset your password. It may take a few minutes for you to receive the email. Please also check your junk mail. You can use the link sent to create a new password.
Once you've registered, you can subscribe to our newsletter with just one click. To subscribe later, go to burms.de and click on the "Newsletter" link. Click here to enter your newsletter details. You also have the option to subscribe to our newsletter during the ordering process.
On the website, you'll find three icons in the top right corner. Click on the left icon and then on your account. Log in and you can edit your information. To delete your account, send us an email to info@burms.de
payment
After purchase, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged immediately. If the item is returned, the amount will, of course, be credited back to you.
Currently, only the following payment methods are possible in the online shop: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Shipping and delivery
Your order will be sent to you via DHL (standard shipping). Delivery will take approximately 4 to 7 days (depending on the product) after your order. In-stock products will be shipped the same day.
You can have your package delivered to a private or business address.
Deliveries abroad are possible.

Return
Printed materials that have been opened or used are not eligible for return. Medical printed materials are completely non-returnable.

We inspect all returns. If the returned items are in perfect/unopened condition, the refund will be automatically processed using the same payment method you used to place your order. You will also receive an email with the credit note.
