Login/Registration
At burms.de/account, select the Register Here tab and enter your details. Once your customer account has been successfully created, you will receive an email to the email address you provided.
By registering, you can order from our online shop even more easily. In your customer account, you can see all your orders at a glance. If you signed up for our newsletter when you registered, you will also receive information about trends, promotions and exclusive news from BURMS.
Click on the "Forgot password?" button at burms.de/account and after you enter the email address associated with your customer account, we will send you a link to reset your password. It may take a few minutes until you receive the email. Please also check your junk mail. You can use the link sent to create a new password.
Once you have registered, you can subscribe to our newsletter with just one click. If you want to subscribe later, you can find the Newsletter section on burms.de. With just one click, you can enter your details for the newsletter. During the ordering process, you also have the option of signing up for our newsletter.
On the website you will find three icons at the top right. Click on the left icon and then on your account. Log in and you can change your data. To delete your account, send us an email toinfo@burms.de
payment
After purchase, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged immediately. If the item is returned, the amount will of course be credited back to you.
Currently only the following payment methods are possible in the online shop: PayPal, credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Shipping and delivery
Your order will be sent to you via DHL (standard shipping). Delivery will take place approximately 4 to 7 days (depending on the product) after you place your order. Products that are in stock will be shipped the same day.
You can have your package delivered to a private or business address.
Deliveries abroad are possible.

Return
Printing materials that have been opened or used cannot be returned. Medical printing materials cannot be exchanged at all.

We inspect all returns. If the returned items are in perfect/unopened condition, the refund will be automatically processed via the same payment method you used to place the order. You will also receive an email with the credit note.
