Better whitening trays with LuxaPrint Ortho Flex
The excellent recovery properties and other properties of LuxaPrint Ortho Flex make it particularly suitable for Bleaching trays the crucial difference. This material allows highly precise reservoirs with excellent edge sealing to be printed, which keep the bleaching gel where it is supposed to work: on the teeth.
This reduces the risk of gum irritation caused by gel leaking out to a minimum and almost no saliva gets into the reservoirs. The bleaching agent can therefore work undiluted and ensures the best possible results in tooth whitening. It doesn't get any better than this.
Flexible rails of the highest quality
LuxaPrint Ortho Flex is optimally elastic, dimensionally stable, shatter-proof and particularly tear-resistant. Thanks to these properties, the material is ideally suited for 3D printing flexible splints, for example:
