QUESTIONS ABOUT 3D PRINTING SERVICE
1. UPLOAD MODEL
Upload your 3D model to us. If you have any questions, you can also write us an email or interact with our chat.
2. ORDER PARAMETERS
Select your desired order parameters from our selection (number of pieces, printing process, material, post-processing) and send this request.
3. COST ESTIMATE
You will receive a non-binding cost estimate from us. If you agree, we can start production. If changes are required, such as the number or dimensions of the component, these will be made.
4. PRODUCTION
If you agree with the offer, we will produce the component according to your requirements.
5. POST-PROCESSING
We refine the component by: washing, exposing, tempering, grinding, polishing, blasting, tanning, dyeing, painting, filling, inserting threads...
6. COMPONENT FINISHED
The component has been successfully produced and is ready for collection or shipping to Frankfurt.
We have a Online calculator , where you can upload and configure your 3D model. You will then receive the price directly and can send us an inquiry.
The price depends on: 3D printing material / quantity / post-processing

How the procedures work
The SLA (stereolithography) 3D printing process uses a laser to harden liquid photopolymer resin and build a three-dimensional object layer by layer. First, the 3D model is loaded into a slicer program, which slices the model into thin layers. The resin is then poured into a flat layer and the laser is aimed at the surface to harden the resin where the object is to be created. Once a layer has hardened, the platform is lowered and a new layer of resin is poured onto the hardened layer. This process is repeated layer by layer until the entire object is fully printed. The finished object is then removed from the resin and post-processed to achieve a smooth surface.
The DLP (Digital Light Processing) 3D printing process is similar to the SLA process, but it uses a digital projector to cure the photopolymer resin. The 3D model is loaded into a slicer program and divided into thin layers. A flat layer of resin is poured onto a platform and the projector projects the pattern of the first layer onto the surface of the resin. The resin is cured in the exposed areas, while the unexposed resin remains liquid. This process is repeated for each layer until the entire object is printed. The finished object is then removed from the resin and post-processed to achieve a smooth surface.
The FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printing process uses a nozzle to melt thermoplastic filament and build a three-dimensional object layer by layer. The 3D model is loaded into a slicer program and divided into thin layers. The nozzle moves along an axis and extrudes the molten filament onto the print bed to form the first layer. Once the first layer is complete, the platform lowers one layer depth and the printer begins printing the next layer. This process is repeated layer by layer until the entire object is fully printed. The finished object is then removed from the printer and can be reworked if necessary.
We use these professional 3D printers to produce our customers’ 3D printed parts. Of course, these 3D printers are also available for purchase.
